Please find attached the completed Fundraiser Packet to share with organizations and schools in your local community. This is a great way to become a bigger part of our communities and to give back to our communities, while also creating a profitable revenue stream for your businesses.

Please note on the FAQ’s, the refrigerated product shelf life that is shared with our customers is different than the actual shelf life because we are taking into consideration that you have to thaw the dough to scoop it into the pints/ or is out in your cooling well currently, so to be safe we take a week off the life so you can get through this process. All cookie dough is actually good for 4 weeks in the refrigerator. This FAQ sheet was created to hand out to your organizations and the students selling cookie dough.
Fundraiser Incentives are optional, but attached if you want to use them. The way I look at is, that the students will come in to redeem with family or friends, and that could become a bigger sale.
PLEASE REMEMBER TO COLLECT THE APPROPRIATE TAX ID DOCUMENTS FROM THE ORGANIZATION FOR YOUR RECORDS FOR END OF YEAR TO WRITE OFF FUNDRAISING DONATIONS. ALL ORGANIZATIONS THAT FUNDRAISE REGULARLY SHOULD BE AWARE OF THE DOCUMENT YOU NEED. SPEAK WITH YOUR ACCOUNTANT FOR MORE INFO.
